We can’t make such guarantees, however, the processes we have in place make being hacked much less likely. If you combine our practices with strong passwords and good security configurations, you can sleep at night knowing your site is secure. Strong passwords are a must.
Do my Support Time minutes roll over?
No. Use it or lose it. The support time included in the package is at a reduced rate.
What's included in the maintenance report?
Each month you’ll receive a detailed maintenance report that includes details about stored backups, updates that were completed, optimisations that were completed, analytics data, and security scans.
How do consulting calls work?
Email is our best form of communication since it yields the fastest response. However, we know brainstorming works best on the phone or on a video call. These consulting calls are reserved for our Standard and Premium care plans. They help focus a trajectory of the website for growth and improvements. Many times clients use this time to online screen-share small updates or training.
My website wasn't built by Graphene Digital?
We first perform a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues. With the evaluation we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee. If fixes are required, then these will be quoted and billed for separately.
What can I use the Support Time for?
You can use the time for content update requests and small design improvements or anything that can fit into your monthly support time is free game. We just ask you to be aware that requests for new features to your website will likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
You built my site but didn't get a care plan, can I now?
Sure, but if there’s a gap between deployment and starting a care plan, there’s a standard Website Evaluation required to see what work is required to bring your site up to date and to fix any issues. This is a fixed 4-hour fee. If fixes are required, then these will be quoted and billed for separately.
